Delivery & returns


We aim to dispatch all orders received by 2pm the same day that they are received (for orders placed Monday to Friday). Orders placed on weekends and bank holidays will not usually be processed until the following working day. We anticipate that your order will arrive within three to five days of dispatch, but usually sooner.

We currently only deliver to mainland United Kingdom addresses.

We love sourcing beautiful and unique items for you, but if your order isn't quite right, don't worry, we've got a no-quibbles returns policy. For details please read on.

- Unwanted items can be refunded or exchanged within 28 days of purchase
- Sale items can be refunded or exchanged within seven days of receipt
- Our usual refund policy doesn't apply to furniture which cannot be refunded or exchanged, though your statutory rights to a refund or exchange still apply if the goods are faulty or not as described.
- We will refund the full purchase price of items, but not the delivery charge, unless your order was cancelled under the Distance Selling Regulations, or the entire order was faulty or incorrect
- With the exception of faulty and damaged goods we are not responsible for the return postage and do advise that you obtain a certificate of postage in case the parcel fails to reach us
- All items must be returned with a valid invoice and a completed returns form
- In addition to this returns policy, under the Distance Selling Regulations, you have up to seven working days after the day on which you receive your order in which to cancel it
- Items must be returned in their original packaging and in a re-saleable condition
